In terms of inspiring acts of fitness, few things impress me more than the guy in the video below. We shot this video for the Old 97's new single, "Dance With Me," a few weeks ago in LA, on one of the hottest days we've had in recent memory. We filmed it in some club in Hollywood, with no AC and it was BLISTERINGLY hot inside. The original concept was to get the entire video shot in 1 continuous take without stopping the camera. After the first go round, it became apparent that this was not going to happen- the lead "frack me" guy sprained his ankle, and then split his head open a few takes later, but never gave up. I bet this guy could run a marathon, having watched him get up and keep going take after take that day- something you wouldn't believe just by looking at him...

That is a very cool video!! It definately has the feel of one continuous shot. I only saw a few breaks. I like the band too.
